Payment Terms: Payment is due 21 days prior to the workshop. Refunds are available for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the workshop. After that a full or partial refund may or may not be provided depending on whether the seat can be filled. Substitution of individuals attending is allowed up to the first day of the workshop. Transferring paid registrations from one workshop to a future workshop is not allowed. Kindly complete the registration form online and submit it selecting your method of payment of check, company PO, or money order to reserve your seat. Class size is limited to 20 people. Additional information including hotel accommodations will be emailed upon confirmation of registration.
